Young graduate program at Total Energies.

In what I have perceived as the company's way of giving back to the community that gives to them and grants them conducive operations, total Energies has in so many capacities granted various scholarships activities and sponsorship to Nigeria youths. This is to foster skill advancement, manpower development and to better reposition our society for better.

The 2024 Total Energies young graduate training programs is aimed at equipping young graduates with less than three years of professional experiences, giving them the opportunities to gain professional experience both within and outside the country.

Church gate street, Lagos, Nigeria.

Eligible criteria:

  1. Applicants must be a Nigerian 
  2. Must be a young graduate with less than 3 years professional experience 
  3. Must have NYSC exemption or discharge certificate 
  4. Must have lived in Nigeria for at least in the last 6 months.
  5. Strong interpersonal skills, spirit of team work, innovative mindsets and result will be required of successful individuals.

Career disciplines: 

  • Only graduates of the following academic disciplines are needed:
  • Mechanical engineering 
  • Civil engineering 
  • Marketing 
  • Business administration or any other related fields.

Programs description:

  • The phase 1 of the program will involve a 6 months training with Nigeria while 
  • Phase 2 involves a transfer to a Total Energies sisters branches in another country like South Africa or Headquarters in France.
